ABSTRACT

La seguridad pública, como eje central de la agenda estatal y ciudadana, ha sido abordada desde diferentes ángulos a partir de los cuales se han establecido fases de análisis;Estado de derecho, prevención del delito, procuración de justicia y readaptación social sin considerar la participación civil más allá de las denuncias o manifestaciones. El objetivo de este trabajo fue revisar la estructura participativa civil para establecer los diferentes tipos de autogobierno, gobierno y cogobierno entre las partes interesadas. Se discuten los marcos teóricos, conceptuales y empíricos en torno a la sistematización de datos para el montaje de carpetas de investigación.Alternate : Public security, as the central axis of the state and citizen agenda, has been approached from different angles from which phases of analysis have been established;rule of law, crime prevention, administration of justice, prosecution and social rehabilitation without considering civil participation beyond the complaints or demonstrations. The objective of this work was to review the civil participatory structure to establish the different types of self-government, government, and co-government among the interested parties. The theoretical, conceptual, and empirical frameworks around the systematization of data for the assembly of research folders are discussed.

ABSTRACT

The present article draws on the results of research that explored the role of complex rehabilitation and its individual components;the effectiveness of social rehabilitation in the integration of people into society;feedback from clients on how they evaluate their cooperation with rehabilitation workers in selected facilities;as well as feedback from rehabilitation and social workers on how they evaluate their cooperation with clients. The research took place from May 2020 to March 2022. The first group of respondents comprised 360 clients of rehabilitation centers, social and occupational rehabilitation centers and physiotherapy-rehabilitation departments in Slovakia, specifically Bratislava and Trencin. The second group of respondents consisted of 30 rehabilitation and social workers employed in these facilities. This research employed quantitative and qualitative research strategies. The conducted research also highlighted the importance of the creation of complex theoretical and empirical bases concerning social rehabilitation and its role in the integration of people with disabilities into society. The results of the research have also shown the need to raise professional awareness of the importance of complex rehabilitation and its modern trends and, last but not least, the need to improve the level of professional education in the field of complex rehabilitation and social rehabilitation. The results obtained from the research can be used to develop analyses that will form the basis for additional relevant and helpful research in the field of trends in social rehabilitation and improvement of the possibilities of their application.

ABSTRACT

Education is basic skill and profesional training in prisions. Play a very importatnt role in the reitegration of inmates since it constitutes a training opportunity for inmates, and potentially expands the possibilities of emplyment whith better remuneration. Education in confinement enviroments has particularities focused on achieving an impact in terms of personal fulfillment and growth. Since covid-19 pandemic, educational processes in the context of prisions have been significallity affected, with fundamental effects due to suspension of teaching activities due to movility restrictions to avoid contagions, lack of motivation to continue efficient projects, lack of focused staff and material resorces. A series of actions are propoused that cover the epidemiological, administrative, motivational and individual areas with the objetive of minimizing the effects on short term and facilitate the continuity of studies, inclusion and reitegration at the end of the sentence.

ABSTRACT

The present study aims to plan the protocol for providing psychosocial support by social workers in Iranian healthcare centers and reaching consensus in terms of implementing and offering comprehensive service to individuals dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This qualitative study consists of four phases. The first phase, the literature review involved studying valid databases, while the second and third phases consisted of collecting data through the Focus Group Discussions with 23 specialists and experts in the field of social work and mental health. Having been designed, the protocol was then applied and assessed for two months in all the state health centers around Iran (633 hospitals). In the present study, Interventions used by the social workers were divided into 9 types: psychosocial assessment, counseling, training, working with the family, intervention in the crisis, intra- and extra-organizational support-seeking, referral and safe discharge. Interventions used by social workers were also divided based on the health center (psychosocial support for the target groups and bereavement intervention for the survivors) and the services offered in convalescent care facilities. This protocol leading social workers into the fields of bereavement interventions, inter-organizational interventions, working with families and working with the medical staff.
